Taste is ekdum balanced – mirchi ka perfect teekha flavour, garlic ki khushboo aur ginger ka thoda sa zing. Ekdum ghar jaisa feel.
Texture bhi mast hai – garlic soft hai, ginger thoda crunchy, aur chillies spicy but not overpowering. Roti, paratha ya simple dal-chawal ke saath next-level lagta hai.
Packaging clean thi aur oil ka overload bilkul nahi, jo usually market waale pickles mein hota hai. Freshness clearly feel hoti hai.
Agar aapko spicy aur authentic taste pasand hai, then this pickle is must-try. Highly recommend!
I just received my parcel and it's the most amazing pickle. The flavor was too good also perfectly balanced.... tangy, salty, and just the right amount of crunch.
