Return Policy – Swad of Champaran
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the damaged condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return request must be raised within 6 hours of delivery.

If your return is accepted, Refund will be issued.
A charge of INR 100 is applicable for the return of every item. The shipping fee of the original order will be non-refundable.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and bulk orders.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2 business days.
